Philosophy
Philosophy

Consulting can offer a better understanding of the behaviors, beliefs and emotions that fuel our daily interactions with families and other people. Therapy is a process. My job is to facilitate you through possible change options. It is my goal to work with you closely during therapy to aid in clarifying your goals for treatment, explore patterns and choices of communication, relationships life style and foster development of beneficial coping strategies with commitment on both parts during therapy. The main goal is to explore patterns of behavior thoughts and actions to foster positive change and personal growth. I also help clients with job development and job placement.

I feel everyone has potential to get better with self-help technique to overcome life problems such as anxiety, fears, depression, and anger -issues to become productive in their life, attain self-esteem and self confidence

Mental illness is more common than cancer, diabetes, or even heart disease. Success rate of treating mental illness how exceed those of leading physical illness. People living with mental illness can rebuild their lives and give back to the community. We cannot change past events; we can only change the impact that the past events have had on us. I help you together to solve and move past the things in your life that are holding you back. I help you to increase your self-esteem and decrease anxiety, depression, and negative thought.

I help you educate yourself about how to deal with families during stressful situations to bring the family closer.
